Environmental-friendly FEP Dispersion DS603A/C

The product is widely used in the fields of coating, electronics and electrics, chemical industry, food processing and so on. Its environmental friendliness, chemical resistance, high-temperature resistance, low coefficient of friction, and excellent electrical insulation meet the requirements of modern industry for environmental protection and sustainable development.

FEP Dispersion DS603 is the copolymer of TFE and HFP. 
Environmental-friendly perfluorinated ethylenepropylene copolymer dispersion is a water-phase dispersion solution stabilized by non-ionic surfactants which can be degraded during processing and will not cause pollution. 

Its products have excellent thermal stability, corrosion resistance, excellent chemical inertness, good electrical insulation, and low coefficient of friction.
It can be used at temperature up to 200°C continuously. 
It is inert to almost all industrial chemicals and solvents.

Main applications

It can be used for coating and impregnation. It is also suitable for processing many products. including heat resistant PTFE impregnation fiber surface coating, PWB, or electrical insulation materials, injection film, or chemical isolation materials, as well as PTFE/FEP mutual connection melt coating, and for the production of glass cloth composite antifouling coating, and polymide composite as high insulation membrane.

Attention

1. The processing temperature should not exceed 400°C to prevent toxic gas from releasing. 
2. Stirring the stored product two or three times a month to avoid any possible precipitation.

Package,transportation and storage

1. Packed in plastic drums. Net weight is 25Kg per drum. 
2. The product is transported according to non-dangerous product, avoid heat, moisture and strong shock. 
3. Stored in clean and dry places, temperature range is 5-30C.
