FEP Coating Powder DS6051

This product is widely used in coatings, chemicals, electrical and electronic, food processing, medical, and other fields due to its chemical inertness, heat resistance, low coefficient of friction, electrical insulation, high transparency, and easy processing.

DS6051 grade is a FEP powder for electrostatic spraying. It makes a clear layer displaying excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance.

Attention

FEP powder shall not be processed and used at a temperature higher than 420°C to prevent decomposition and generation of toxic gases. 

Package,transportation and storage 

1. Packed in plastic bags and placed in paper drums, with a net content of 25Kg per drum. 
2. The product is transported according to non-dangerous product. 
3. It should be stored in a clean and dry environment at 5-30 °C to prevent impurities such as dust and water vapor from mixing in.
