FEP Powder DS605 is the copolymer of TFE and HFP, with good thermal stability, outstanding chemical inertness,good electrical insulation, and low coefficient of friction, enabling thermoplastic processing methods for processing. Itcan be mixed with PTFE powder. Conformable with Q/0321DYS 003

This product is widely used in coatings, chemicals, electrical and electronic, food processing, medical, and other fields due to its chemical inertness, heat resistance, low coefficient of friction, electrical insulation, high transparency, and easy processing.

Application

DS605 are mainly for lining of valve and piping, electrostatic spraying.

Attention

The processing temperature should not exceed 420°C,to prevent toxic gas from releasing.
